Theatre & Dance

Aspiring actors and film-makers are invited to participate in this weekly practical workshop where participants explore character development and storytelling. Thought provoking and innovative performances are a regular feature at the workshops, with participants sharing personal stories, feelings and revealing their inner passions and desires.
Advanced Theatre & Dance Ensemble

This fun filled workshop is designed for developing confidence, communication and social skills through music, singing, dancing and acting. Participants pick their own music to perform to the group, with each week being a different theme to keep the workshops fresh and engaging.
Singing & Music Ensemble

This class is for anyone who loves singing or percussion! The ensemble work together through the year on developing their vocal technique, rehearsing songs and building skills with percussion. The group enjoys creating original music, learning new songs, and celebrating the classics. This fun-filled class develops confidence, social skills, and creativity!

Ironbark Ensemble on Friday

This fun-filled theatre group explores singing, dancing and acting. This group is suited to those interested in building confidence, making new friends and working towards a performance piece per year.

Dance Troupe

With a love for dance and choreography, this Dance troupe is committed to strengthening their dance, rhythm and musical ability. The troupe offers students an opportunity to build their knowledge and skills of popular and contemporary dance styles. A basic understanding of dance is required.

This fast-paced, energetic workshop focuses on developing communication and social skills through drama, voice and movement. Students learn about a range of performance techniques, including clowning and physical theatre, while also learning about the different elements of drama.

The Ensemble workshops are designed to further develop a more experienced performer. Participants are committed to their training and build their skills around character, physical theatre, script writing and contemporary theatre. The Ensemble works towards a major yearly performance and/or film project which is open to the public.
